Real Estate Staging is very different than space redesign as we do not focus on the wants and needs of the client but rather on setting up or “staging” the home for prospective buyers. Eco Deco has quick and easy ways to “make room” for buyers to imagine their own things in the house. Fee based on square footage with choice of full staging or DIY options. Call for details.

 

Feng Shui Consultation- Originally the ancient Chinese art of placement, Feng Shui (fung shway) is now being reinterpreted and widely used in the West. Feng Shui means "wind" and "water"; signifying how energy flows through a room, house or garden. geographic location, colors, shapes, light, spaciousness, sounds, smells- all these things repel or attract us at some level.  With careful attention to placement of design elements, one’s sense of well-being can be increased as blocks to the flow of energy are removed.  A Feng Shui consultation can be used in conjunction with our other services or on its own.
